Welcome to the home of the Volvo City of Angels Fun Ride.  We are planning some exciting changes for 2008! 

Each registered rider will receive their entry into the ride, full ride support, lunch, t-shirt, finisher’s medal and a raffle ticket.  As in years past we will have two routes, both with rolling LAPD traffic closures to ensure rider safety and enjoyment (also, to minimize the impact on local traffic).  The recreational ride will be approximately 34 miles and roll at a leisurely 10-12 mph.  The advanced ride will be approximately 47 miles and roll at a faster pace of 15-17mph.  Registration in the advanced ride will be limited to the first 300 riders.

We continue to support Childrens Hospital Los Angeles Bloodmobile Fund.  While we have been successful in achieving our goal of buying the first ever bloodmobile for CHLA, the Maxmobile…more funds are needed to help support the important work that is being done every day to save the lives of children.  This year our goal is to help them buy a box truck, to serve as a much needed support vehicle for their larger blood drives.  We also want to continue to help keep the Maxmobile on the road…collecting blood from communities all over Southern California.

Registration is $40 if mailed by April 23rd, after April 23rd registration is $50.  VIP ride registration is $400 and includes all regular ride registration benefits plus a commemorative ride jersey, 100 extra raffle tickets, preferential lunch arrangements and VIP parking at the start/finish line.
